This block of 16 1974 US Scott #1538-41 10c Mineral Heritage postage stamps are mint never hinged (MNH), unused, uncertified and ungraded. The stamps were issued June 13, 1974 as the first postage stamp with the unique, diamond shape, design and was introduced at the 1974 National Gem & Mineral Show in Lincoln, NE.
