Mint Flawless Condition – Found in my dad’s collection, unique that they were re-printed with a 1 cent over lay to bring the denomination up to 5 cents – so that makes it about 1934 vintage when the rate was 5 cents for first Class postage. Sold only as a PAIR ( QTY of 2 ) to make the mailing and effort worth while. No marks and no writing – no erasures.
