Pristine condition – no faults. 2022 Scott Catalogue value: $22.00 Please note that this is not an “Ebay grade” pane (i.e., not a roughly-handled modern U.S. issue from a discount postage lot). I purchased this from the USPS “cave” when issued; it was received in pristine condition and I have kept it that way. The pictured booklet pane (front and back) is the actual pane you will receive.
